ph17 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ph17," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of ph17.one, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform serving Filipino players.
• "Platform" means the website ph17.one, including all games, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph17 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on ph17.one following successful completion of the registration and KYC process.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance deposited by a Player and held in their ph17 Account wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by ph17 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before full Account functionality is activated.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose license ph17 operates.

By accessing the ph17 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the ph17 Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules posted on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and ph17.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ph17 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting ph17 support.

Access to and use of the ph17 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online casino gaming under PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines. ph17 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of play, or otherwise be legally permitted under your local jurisdiction to access online casino services.
• You must not be listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register, ph17 internal exclusion list, or any other self-exclusion database applicable to your Account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be a director, employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of ph17 or any of its affiliated gaming suppliers or service providers.

ph17 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of the age requirement will be suspended immediately, all bonuses forfeited, and winnings derived during the breach period may be voided. ph17 cooperates fully with PAGCOR on underage gaming enforcement.

To access real-money gaming on ph17, you must create a single registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each player may hold only one (1) Account. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all Accounts involved and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and residential address — must be accurate, complete, and current.
• You are required to complete ph17's KYC verification process before making withdrawals. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address.
• ph17 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point for AML compliance, fraud prevention, or verification purposes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. ph17 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

ph17 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and applicable AMLC regulations. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

ph17 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, and UnionBank. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at time of request.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the same name as your ph17 Account. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• ph17 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within 3–10 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.
• ph17 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a review process before withdrawal. Systematic depositing and withdrawing without gaming activity (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "money laundering") will result in Account suspension.

ph17 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• ph17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional loopholes, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• ph17 bonuses are valid for Filipino players only and are subject to PAGCOR advertising and promotional regulations.
• Real-money deposits and bonus balances are tracked separately. Bonus funds are used before real-money funds during gameplay unless otherwise specified.

All games on the ph17 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general betting rules apply across all ph17 games and sports betting markets:

• ph17's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by certified professional dealers in monitored studio environments.
• ph17 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed as a result of a technical fault, or placed on markets that were opened or displayed incorrectly due to a system error.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the bet will be settled according to the final outcome of that round as recorded by ph17's servers, which serve as the definitive record of all game results.
• ph17 strictly prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, or any other software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the house. Detection of such tools will result in immediate Account suspension.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and league. PAGCOR-regulated sports betting rules apply where applicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph17 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing ph17 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether discovered intentionally or accidentally — to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph17 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Circumventing geographic access controls using VPNs, proxy servers, or similar tools.

ph17 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. The following tools are available to all registered ph17 players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced immediately from Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss caps across daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a player-defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month) or permanent self-exclusion available. During an exclusion period, the Account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during active sessions showing time played and net wagering activity.

ph17 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We do not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. If you believe a minor has accessed ph17 using your Account, contact support immediately.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any ph17 content without prior written consent from ph17. Unauthorized use of ph17 intellectual property is a violation of Philippine intellectual property law and these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph17's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph17 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications outages, or government actions; (d) any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

ph17 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur. ph17 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practical.

ph17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute filed against a ph17 deposit transaction.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.

Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses and any amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph17 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ph17 support to seek resolution. ph17 will investigate complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph17 is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

ph17 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via registered mobile number notification or a prominent notice on the ph17 Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the ph17 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
